Tldr - poor return policies to force customers to keep items instead of returning Chain quality looks good. As soon as I tried it on I realized I needed a different length. I wanted to swap, but after contacting them to do a return/exchange they told me I would need to ship it all the way to Netherlands (meanwhile I live in Canada and the order was SHIPPED FROM CANADA). They tried to talk me into keeping it and using a 25% discount code to order the length I need. I ended up keeping the chain (which looks good quality) as shipping it back would cost more than half the price of the chain. Would not order from here again unless I knew EXACTLY what I needed, due to the difficult return process which appears purposefully made to be difficult to incentivise customers not to return orders.

Items Not Received but Marked as Delivered

Our pieces are mad durable, but you should still take proper care of your jewelry.
- Chemicals will slowly ruin the gold plating, chemicals are the ops.
- (Tip: Don't spray cologne directly onto your piece. Put your cologne on first and wait for it to dry, THEN put on your jewelry)
- Showers=soap, pools=chlorine, and oceans=saltwater. These are all bad for jewelry.
- (Tip: If you workout and sweat in your piece, just make sure to rinse the piece with water and wipe with a towel once you're done).
- (Tip: If your piece feels a little sticky from skin oils or sweat, it's probably time to give it a quick rinse).
