We want you to love your Lobosjewelry item as much as we loved designing, creating & wearing it. That’s why, if you’re not completely happy with it, we'll exchange it or give you a refund.

All we ask is that it’s returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Please note that this 30-day return policy came into effect on May 3. Orders placed before this date are covered by our previous 14-day return policy.

When it comes to refunds, you have two options:

Cash Refund
We offer 100% cash refunds for any/all item(s) in your order. Your refund will be processed to whatever payment method you used when placing your order.

Store Credit
We offer store credit equivalent to any and all item(s) in your order.

Return Shipping

Please note that you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs.

Refused, Unclaimed & Return-to-Sender Parcels

If a parcel is refused at delivery, left unclaimed, or marked as Return to Sender by the carrier, it will be routed to the shipping carrier’s international fulfillment hub in the destination country. Please note that this facility is operated by the carrier and is not owned or controlled by us.

This does not mean that the parcel will be returned to our warehouse in the Netherlands.

If you wish to return your order, you must first contact us and follow our official return process so that the package is sent directly to our warehouse.

Refunds can only be issued once the item has been physically received and checked in at our warehouse. If the return does not reach our warehouse, no refund can be processed.

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to process your refund within 5 working days from receipt to our warehouse. After we have sent your refund, you will receive an email notification.

Please note it can take a further 5 working days for the funds to clear into your account. This processing time depends on your bank so please contact them directly if 5 working days have passed and you have not received the funds.
