We are unable to cancel an order after it’s been placed, as they are sent to our warehouse for processing within minutes of being placed.
If you placed the order by mistake or don’t want the items, you can go through the returns process to send your order back to us.
Items Not Received but Marked as Delivered
We do not refund or replace items marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we recommend shipping to a secure address.
Our pieces are mad durable, but you should still take proper care of your jewelry.
Here's 3 tips to keep your pieces looking new. (The overall idea is to keep your jewelry away from moisture and chemicals).
1. Don't get cologne, lotion, sunscreen, chlorine, or any type of chemicals on your jewelry.
- Chemicals will slowly ruin the gold plating, chemicals are the ops.
- (Tip: Don't spray cologne directly onto your piece. Put your cologne on first and wait for it to dry, THEN put on your jewelry)
- Showers=soap, pools=chlorine, and oceans=saltwater. These are all bad for jewelry.
- (Tip: If you workout and sweat in your piece, just make sure to rinse the piece with water and wipe with a towel once you're done).
3. After a long day of wearing, rinse your piece in water and wipe it down with a towel to remove your skin's oils.
- (Tip: If your piece feels a little sticky from skin oils or sweat, it's probably time to give it a quick rinse).

J’ai passé commande il y a 10 jours et mon colis n’a toujours pas été expédié alors que le site promets une réception rapide. Ce n’est pas du tout serieux, je ne passerais plus commande sur ce site si je n’ais pas rapidement un service après vente pour ce pencher sur mon cas.
Helemooie iced& out chain gaat alleen helaas niet door een echte diamond tester heen voor de rest Nice om te dragen.
My son loves the 10MM ICED CUBAN LINK CHAIN - GOLD, initially I got the wrong size for him, I was out of the return period and couldn't have a refund or exchange for a large size, but I did however get a discount and my son is thrilled with the bigger size.
